Built on Claude’s v0.3 room and character work, this Codex refinement pass follows Tim’s visual feedback. Mochi keeps the approved look; Bristle gets a softer face and spectacles. The record box reads Mochi Records, and the view starts behind Mochi with the red book within reach.

The story of this office
Claude brought the room closer to its illustrated reference, from Mochi’s cap and curling tail to Bristle’s envelope-holding paws. Twine-wrapped parcels, a brass letter scale, and a dip pen gave the desk the details of a working post office. This is the room as it stood before the lamplit miniature pass.
A brief detour into an image-to-3D plush Mochi. The hand-formed cat returned soon after, but this little experiment still has a room in the archive.
The story of this office
Not every experiment becomes the next office. Claude tried a plush model for Mochi, then returned to the hand-formed character. This discarded version is kept as part of the story: a chance to visit the direction the office could have taken.

The story of this office
Claude gave the postal system a place to live: a desk for correspondence, a directory to browse, and a gramophone beside the letters. Later offices would change the light, furniture, and characters. This one keeps those first arrangements intact.
